Not sure what to do with your hands during a long class or meeting? Give them something to do!
These anti-stress balls fit perfectly in the palm of your hand and therefore do not stand out at all. At school, at the table, or in the waiting room: squeezing and kneading can be done anywhere, and it is silent. So no one is disturbed.
The balls are firm and provide resistance. This provides clear tactile input and helps to temporarily relieve sensory stimulation, while keeping your attention on something else.

What do they stimulate?
- Fine motor skills and finger strength through squeezing and kneading
- Strength regulation: squeezing gently or firmly
- Concentration: restless hands have something to do, which can make listening or working easier
- Sensory processing through the firm resistance
- Repetition helps to automate fine motor movements

Play suggestions
- Squeeze to ten and then slowly release
- Alternate between the left and right hand
- Use the ball during reading aloud, homework, or a conversation

The set consists of four balls: enough for home, the classroom, and the treatment room, or to share with multiple children.

Small balls, big job: they calm the hands and keep the mind focused, without anyone noticing.
